The journal is a scientific periodical that serves as a key mechanism for building a community of academics, researchers, and social policy makers dedicated to advancing theoretical and practical knowledge aimed at strengthening the Social Dimension of MERCOSUR. It seeks to promote the production and dissemination of resources for the design and implementation of public policies, as well as for the promotion and exchange of social policies within MERCOSUR.
