Abstract

Peru is currently in a series of crises caused by the arrival of sars-Cov-2 in the country. The health, social, economic and political crisis must be indicated. There are also different actors who are fighting the virus in the country. Among the main actors are public officials, who seek to develop and make the best decisions to reduce the spread of the Sars-Cov-2. However, these civil servants make decisions about social intervention based on a traditional economy They are not taken into account areas such as sociology and psychology or other areas that affect the behavior of the citizen. Therefore, the omission of these areas in the analysis may cause a deviation in the results of the intervention. To understand the new behaviors presented by the Peruvian citizen from the arrival of the Sars-Covd-2 in Peru, the behavioral economy must be introduced into the analysis.
